I recently stumbled upon The Perennial plate, an online documentary series about adventurous eating and sustainable living in Minnesota. This is one of many weekly episodes that I enjoyed the most. At the 7.28min made me think.

The U.P.

Headed up to the U.P. this AM. Six hours of driving, two and a quarter hour skiing, which left me spent. I did manage too make a hell of a frost beard; probably from all the heavy breathing!

Getting Hitched

Oh boy that was fun! It is amazing how so many people come together to make two people feel very special on there special day. Thanks everybody who helped, and helped us celebrate!
