Foddie

I recently stumbled upon The Perennial plate, an online documentary series about adventurous eating and sustainable living in Minnesota. This is one of many weekly episodes that I enjoyed the most. At the 7.28min made me think.

The U.P.

Headed up to the U.P. this AM. Six hours of driving, two and a quarter hour skiing, which left me spent. I did manage too make a hell of a frost beard; probably from all the heavy breathing!
